Concept
Raignon.com was originally thought of as a side project to college wok, as way to learn more about html ourselves, and to create a website which people could learn from and enjoy. Eventually we decided to include Raignon into our college work by turning it into our final project - to create the site ready for release on the internet.

The name raignon doesn't actually mean anything; it was surpisingly hard to find a name which was original, not in any language's dictionary and yet meaningful. It can be pronounced in anyway you like really, my original inention was to have it as ray-non, although ray-guh-non or rrr-eye-non work just as well.

  Development
The site will be vastly developing over the coming months as different parts go live. Eventually I would like the site to have a full range of tutorials - from the basics of Adobe Photoshop, to rendering atmospheric scenes in Discreet 3D Studio Max - all within an interactive dynamic site. The artwork section will grow as we create more weird, inspirational or generally pleasing items.
